 Full Venue Rates

The hall can be set up with theater seats for a performance, film, or presentation, or with tables and chairs for a meeting, party, or dinner. It can seat up to 175. You can rent the hall for a full or partial day.

Nonprofit organizations receive a 10% discount.

The Multiple Events Discount, for booking 6 or more events in a year, is 20%

At the discretion of the Silco, a $150 refundable cleaning deposit may be required in addition to the rental fee.

Other: wireless internet access, caterer list, coffee maker (coffee and filters not provided), 30 cup hot water urn

All equipment and resources listed above are included in the rental rates. Any additional furniture, audio/visual equipment, etc is the responsibility of the renter.
